・オルタードペンタトック

　ここでは、上に示した狭い意味でのペンタトニックスケール以外の５音音階についても説明します。メジャーペンタトニックの一部の音をフラットさせたスケールをオルタードペンタトックと呼び、メジャーペンタトニックスケールの一部の音がコードサウンドと衝突するときに使用されます。オルタードペンタトックには、以下のものがあります。ここで、スケール名称の数字はトニックからの音程ではなく、ペンタトニックスケールの第何音であるかを示しているので注意して下さい。
