Only the appearance of NPC has been changed to child's.
Its action has not been changed, however.
To install,
Copy .BMP .CMX and .SKN to "C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Skins" directory.
And copy "people" directory to "C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Objects".
